" We recently purchased the Kovix alarmed trailer lock. While we haven’t worked out the alarm part yet as we were heading off on a trip, the lock itself is great. It’s easy to use, and is of high quality. The customer service team were also great. I rang to see if we could get this expressed posted as we were leaving for a 3 week trip. I ordered it on a Monday morning and it arrived Tuesday. We picked up our new Van on the Wednesday so we had the lock ready to be used before we left on the Thursday. Great product, great customer service and quick postage. Couldn’t be happier. "

" I recently bought this step to replace the single step that came with the caravan that was so high we needed another step to get to it. While that wasn't a problem when we were travelling, it became a problem at home when the small metal step started rusting. I could just keep buying steps but found the one we had was sturdy and adjustable on any surface but it did sink in the sand. It seemed an obvious choice to remove the single step with a double and why not have it powered at the same time. It works a treat - although I did have to come up with some creative adjustments to make it fit. Very happy with it and so much easier to get in the van now. "

" originally purchased the TRA but it didn't swivel (left or right) enough for my needs. So swapped to this bracket ( thank you campsmart) I am glad I did. it's designed to be wall mounted but I have hanging from a cupboard in the van. Works perfectly and holds the 27" tv and sound bar in place with a great swivel option ie in bed and cooking and is easily removable from the cupboard and tv using both brackets. As a bonus the VESA plate fits perfectly in the tv bag... only two screws for the sound bar. "

" Received items within 10 days very good as we are about 4500 ks away from Gladesville NSW l am in Coral Bay WA. The items are well made and strong and easy to fit as per the instructions. Just one comment 4 self tapping screws for the brackets would have been good as the holes for the brackets have to go into the aluminium awning track! Regards Rodger James "

" Dispatch - Ordered on a Sunday, the product was dispatched early Monday and arrived well packed to our rural location within the same week. Product - Sturdy well thought out construction. I fitted them the day after arrival with no issues. They recently had their first wind test - no issues. Stretched the awning roof up just enough to make it taught, and with the addition of side clips there was virtually no flap at all. The whole awning felt extremely secure under a relatively stiff wind. I now feel secure in leaving the awning out over night. These rafters reduce to a manageable length so should fit into any caravan boot. Overall a great addition to any van with a roll out awning. I heartily recommend this product. "

" Worked reasonably well moving tandem caravan into driveway and into front lawn area. Wheels sunk slightly on grass but placed ply underneath and moved easily over that . Using drill can become difficult but reverting to hand winch overcame this. Overall did what I needed it too but hand winding is hard work too "
