Keep your camper trailer protected from harsh Australian sun, rain and dust with a properly fitted cover, whether it's stored between trips or parked up for the off-season.

Protect your camper trailer from the Australian elements

Australian conditions are tough on a camper. UV fades and cracks canvas and vinyl, rain and trapped moisture bring on mould and mildew, and wind-blown grit works into seals and seams.

A water-resistant, UV-stabilised cover keeps your camper shielded and ready to go, so it stays in better condition between trips and holds its value longer. We stock trusted brands including Adco and Camec, in sizes to suit most campers from 10ft to 16ft.

How to choose the right size camper trailer cover

Getting the size right is the most important check. A cover that's too small won't close properly, and one that's too big will flap and rub in the wind.

Measure your camper's overall length first, including any accessories like spare tyres or storage boxes, then match it to the size range: 10–12ft, 12–14ft or 14–16ft. Each cover lists detailed dimensions so you can find the best fit.

Not sure which to choose? Tell us your make, model and measurements, and we'll point you to the right one. Once it arrives, our guide on how to put a caravan cover on without hassle walks you through fitting it.

Built for Australian conditions

Both brands are designed for our climate, with a couple of differences worth knowing:

Camec covers use a dual-material construction, a 300D water-resistant roof panel rated UV 50+ for the top where sun and rain hit hardest, paired with breathable, weather-resistant side panels that let moisture evaporate to resist rot and mildew. They include ventilation flaps, a reinforced skirt with an elasticised hem, a soft non-abrasive lining, and nylon straps with four reinforced eyelet tabs for a secure, taut fit. Backed by a 3-year warranty.

Adco covers are contour-fitted with an exclusive Olefin HD top panel for maximum UV protection, and high-performance polypropylene sides that stay breathable to virtually eliminate mould and mildew, ideal in dusty climates. Strap-and-buckle attachments stop billowing in the wind, reinforced elasticised corners resist tears and snags, and a storage bag is included for easy stowing.

Note: These camper trailer covers don't include a zippered side entry. That feature is only on the caravan and pop-top covers

Camper Trailer Cover: Frequently asked questions

How do I choose the right size camper trailer cover?

Measure the full length, width and height of your camper, including any accessories like spare tyres or storage boxes. Match those measurements to the cover's size range. A snug but not overly tight fit gives the best protection and prevents flapping in the wind.

Can I use my camper trailer cover outdoors year-round?

Yes. Our covers use weather-resistant, UV-stabilised fabric designed for long-term outdoor use, protecting against sun, rain, dust and tree sap, whether your camper is parked at home or on the road. Just check it now and then for pooling water or debris.

Are camper trailer covers waterproof or just water-resistant?

They're water-resistant rather than fully waterproof, which lets them repel rain while staying breathable. That breathability matters, it stops moisture getting trapped underneath, which is what leads to mould and mildew.

How do I clean and maintain my cover?

Hose it down or wipe it with mild soapy water, then let it dry completely before storing. Avoid harsh detergents or scrubbing, as these can damage the fabric. Regular cleaning keeps the fabric strong and extends its life.

Will the cover flap or rub in the wind?

A correctly sized cover with the straps done up sits tight and minimises movement. Flapping usually comes from a cover that's too large or not tensioned properly, so getting the size right and using all the straps makes the difference.
