Our efficient warehouse team works hard to get your order out as soon as they can! Orders made online before 7 am
Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day - all others orders will go out the next day.
Can I change my address once an item has been dispatched?
Once an order in our system, you cannot change the address under your Campsmart account. There is a small window from the time you place the order to the point it is ready to be shipped out that we can try and update the address for you.
If you have put the wrong delivery address and it has already been dispatched you may need to contact the courier company to organise a redirect or redelivery. This may result in additional delivery charges for you.
The fastest and best way to update an address on your order is by giving us a call, and we'll do our best to help you out. You can find our contact details and operating hours below.
Special orders or bulky items
Our items are quite varied, so these times are a general guide only. Please allow extra time around long weekends and peak periods as the volume of items on the road is much higher. Large or bulky items can take longer than the standard delivery times quoted below. This is because they will be manually handled within the courier network and may require longer trucks for delivery (such as for awnings) or tailgate lifts.
Please note items that are made to order will have a longer dispatch time.
