This policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing, redeeming, and managing CampSmart Gift Vouchers. By purchasing, receiving, or using a CampSmart Gift Voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
3-Year Lifespan: CampSmart Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the original date of purchase.
Expiry Date: The exact expiry date will be clearly recorded on the voucher at the time of issue.
Expired Vouchers: Once a voucher has expired, it is no longer valid, cannot be redeemed for purchases, and will not be extended or replaced. We encourage customers to use their vouchers promptly.
Where to Use: Vouchers can be redeemed for merchandise online at campsmart.net.au
Partial Redemptions: If the purchase amount is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance will be kept on the voucher and can be used for future purchases until the expiration date. No change will be given.
Exceeding the Balance: If a purchase exceeds the available balance on the voucher, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Strict - Your gift card is not transferrable.
Due to fraud and privacy concerns we will not reissue a gift card to a different recipient.
Accuracy of Information: You must ensure that all information provided by you in relation to your eGift card order is accurate, complete, and up to date. (Note: Campsmart’s Privacy Policy applies in respect of all personal information collected from you).
Order Confirmation: Your order for an eGift card on the Campsmart website becomes effective upon successful transmission after you submit your payment on the website. You cannot cancel the order after that time.
Delivery: No delivery charges are payable upon the purchase of an eGift card. Campsmart eGift cards will be delivered to the email address nominated on your order once your payment has been successfully received.
Risk and Liability: Risk in the eGift card purchased by you passes to you upon delivery via email. Campsmart does not accept liability for any loss, theft, or deletion of the eGift card after delivery.
Payment Failure: If we cannot accept payment from your credit card or chosen payment method, the order will not be processed, and you will not be contacted to advise you of this.
Validity: Campsmart eGift cards are only valid if purchased directly from the official Campsmart website.
Redemption: Campsmart eGift cards can be used towards any purchase of goods and services up to the value of the eGift card on the Campsmart website.
Exceeding Card Value: If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the eGift card value, you must pay the excess using another accepted payment method.
Lost or Stolen Cards: Campsmart is not responsible for lost, stolen, or deleted eGift cards. Ensure you keep your eGift card email and details secure.
Limitations: A Campsmart eGift card is not a credit card or debit card. It is not redeemable for cash and cannot be topped up or reloaded.
Remaining Balance: Change will not be given for any remaining eGift card balance. Any remaining balance will remain on the eGift card and can be used towards future purchases until the balance reaches zero.
