Caravan movers and jockey wheels
A jockey wheel supports the drawbar when your van is unhitched; a caravan mover helps you position it without the tow vehicle. Check the jockey wheel’s mounting and load rating, or the mover’s limits for loaded caravan weight, axle layout and ground conditions.

Caravan ramps and stabilisers
Levelling ramps can help get your van level when you’re parked, while stabiliser legs help reduce movement once you’re set up. Stabilisers aren’t designed to lift the van, so a suitable jack should be used if lifting is needed.
When choosing ramps, check that they’re suitable for your van’s axle layout and weight. For replacement stabilisers, compare the mounting dimensions, extension range and rated capacity with your existing setup.

Vents, hatches, doors and latches
If you’re replacing a roof vent or hatch, measure the roof opening rather than the outer flange, and check the roof-thickness range specified for the replacement. For door latches and handles, it can help to match the existing brand and part number, as well as the opening direction where relevant.

Towing accessories
Find towing mirrors, hitches, couplings, tow ball weight scales and stone guards to suit your setup. Before ordering, match the coupling type and check loaded caravan weight and tow ball load against the relevant caravan, tow vehicle and towing-equipment ratings.
Furniture
Make room to relax with camping chairs, director’s chairs, folding tables and caravan table-leg systems. Check packed size against your storage space, the chair’s rated load and, for fitted tables, compatibility with your floor mount and tabletop.
Poles, pegs and pole carriers
When replacing awning or annexe poles, check the required length, diameter and fittings for your setup. The right pegs will also depend on the type of ground you’re camping on. If you’re looking for a pole carrier, measure your longest pole and compare it with the carrier’s usable internal dimensions and mounting requirements.

Storage and bike racks
Choose a bike or roof rack approved for your vehicle and mounting position, and check its total capacity and any per-bike weight limits. After adding a rack and bikes to a caravan, recheck loaded weight and tow ball load before travelling.
Caravan security
Wheel clamps, coupling locks and door locks offer different ways to help secure a parked caravan. Check tyre and rim sizes for wheel clamps, the coupling model for hitch locks, and the existing door hardware for replacement door locks.
Steps and ladders
For steps, check height, rated load and packed size; fixed models also need compatible mounts and ground clearance. For ladders, check working height, load rating and safe-use instructions; never assume your caravan roof can support your weight.

Frequently asked questions
How do I find the right part for my caravan?
Start with your van’s make, model and year, then look for a brand or part number on the component you’re replacing. Take clear photos and measure the relevant dimensions, such as a roof opening or mounting centres.
Compare those details with the product’s compatibility notes before ordering. For help identifying your setup, see our caravan and camper trailer identification guide.
Do you stock genuine or aftermarket caravan parts?
Both. Our range includes genuine branded parts, aftermarket replacements and universal accessories, with brands such as AL-KO, Camec and Cruisemaster alongside Campsmart products.
For model-specific parts, look for a genuine or aftermarket replacement that’s listed as compatible with your component. It’s also worth checking the dimensions, fixings and load ratings for the part you need. The individual product listing provides the most up-to-date information on compatibility and availability.
What if I can’t find the part I’m looking for?
Send a support request with the part’s brand, number, photos and measurements, plus your van’s make, model and year. Our team can help you locate a listing or check availability. You can also call 1300 553 189 during our published sales hours.
How fast is delivery on caravan parts and accessories?
In-stock orders placed Monday to Friday are generally dispatched from Sydney the same day or the next business day, excluding peak periods and public holidays. Made-to-order items may take a little longer.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times can vary depending on the carrier, destination and parcel size, with bulky items and regional or remote addresses sometimes taking longer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
For more information, see our shipping policy. If you’re ordering ahead of a trip, it’s worth allowing some extra time for delivery, as delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Can I return a part if it doesn’t fit?
A return may be possible, depending on the item and its condition. Campsmart’s limited 30-day change-of-mind policy starts from the invoice date. Eligible items need to be new, unused and unfitted, and returned in their original packaging with approval arranged before sending them back.
Some items are excluded, including camper trolleys, custom-made products, special orders and anything that has been fitted or used. Return postage is at your cost, and a 20% restocking fee may apply.
It’s worth checking the full returns policy before ordering if you’re unsure about an item. These change-of-mind conditions don’t limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Do you install parts or give technical advice?
Campsmart is a retailer, so our team can help with product information and listings, but we don’t provide installation or technical support.
For installation or specialist advice, an RV repairer or relevant qualified tradesperson can help. This may include an auto electrician for 12V work, a licensed electrician for 240V work or a licensed gasfitter for gas work. The manufacturer’s instructions should also be followed for the product you’re installing.
