Keep your pop-top protected between trips with covers shaped to fit its lower roofline. Our range shields your van from sun, rain, sap and dust so it's clean and ready when you are. Shop pop-top caravan covers with fast Australia-wide delivery.

A good pop-top cover keeps your van clean, dry and UV-protected while it's parked up. Left uncovered, the Australian sun fades paint and perishes seals, while tree sap, bird droppings and dust build up into a scrubbing job you'd rather skip. A cover shaped for a pop-top sits closer to that lower raised roofline than a standard caravan cover, so you get a neater, more secure fit.

Best for: pop-tops stored at home, in a yard, or under a carport between trips.

What a cover protects against:

  • UV fade and heat damage to paint and seals
  • Rain, dew and the mould and staining that follow
  • Tree sap, bird mess, dust and industrial fallout
  • General wear from sitting exposed for weeks at a time

How our covers are made

Both brands we stock use a two-fabric approach. The roof panel is water-resistant, built to take the worst of the weather. The side panels are breathable, so trapped moisture can escape and you don't get rot or mildew.

  • Adco Designer Series covers use a 4-layer Olefin HD roof panel that beads water on contact and blocks 99.8% of UV, with four-layer polypropylene sides and a soft lining that won't scratch your van. They include zippered side access (the flap doubles as a sun awning via its eyelets), reinforced corners, air vents, a cinching system to reduce billowing, a storage bag and a repair patch kit.
  • Camec Premium covers use a 300D marine-grade, UV50+ water-resistant roof panel with breathable side panels, ventilation flaps, a heavy-duty reinforced skirt with elasticised hem, zippered access, double-stitched corners, and nylon straps with reinforced eyelet tabs for a taut, secure fit.

Both ranges carry a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.

Choosing the right size

Fit is the thing to get right before you order, as it's where most people slip up.

  • Measure the body length only. Go from the longest points of the body and leave out the drawbar, rear bars and spare wheel.
  • Allow a little extra. Around 150–200mm over your measured length gives an easier fit and pack-down, rather than a tight struggle.
  • Roof accessories are accounted for. The covers tie underneath at the base of the pop-top and are designed to sit over air-con units and the like, so measure to the roofline and exclude rooftop extras and ground clearance.

Our pop-top covers come in 12–14ft, 14–16ft, 16–18ft and 18–20ft. If you're right on the edge of a bracket, size up for an easier fit and pack-down.  Not sure which one you need? No worries, send us your van's make, model and overall length, and we'll point you to the right cover. You can also follow our guide on how to put a caravan cover on without hassle once it arrives.

Frequently asked questions

What size pop-top cover do I need?

Measure the body length from the longest points, excluding the drawbar, rear bars and wheels, then choose the bracket that fits, allowing around 150–200mm extra for an easier fit. If you're between brackets, size up rather than down.

Are pop-top caravan covers waterproof?

Yes! They're built with a water-resistant roof panel (Adco's Olefin HD beads water; Camec's is 300D marine-grade UV50+) paired with breathable side panels. The roof sheds the worst of the weather while the breathable sides let moisture escape, so condensation doesn't get trapped and cause mould, making it the better choice for long-term storage.

Will a cover fit over my air-con or solar panels?

Yes. These covers are designed to sit over rooftop accessories like air-con units and tie underneath at the base of the pop-top. When measuring, go to the roofline and exclude rooftop extras and ground clearance.

Can I use a standard caravan cover on a pop-top?

We don't recommend it. Pop-tops have a lower roof profile, so a cover cut for a full-height caravan won't sit properly. A purpose-made pop-top cover gives you a cleaner, more secure fit.

How do the covers hold up in wind?

These covers are made for storage, not for tie-down in severe weather. They're designed to sit securely in normal conditions, but in strong winds, it's worth checking the cover now and then so it isn't rubbing on the paint. For awning wind protection, take a look at our storm covers instead.

How fast is delivery?

We ship daily from Sydney, and Afterpay and PayPal are available at checkout. Adco covers are dispatched quickly from stock. Camec covers can take up to about a week to pick, pack and ship, so if you need one urgently, give the team a call first.
