Medium Aussie Traveller Anti-Flap Kit & Bag Pack

This Pack include the Aussie Traveller Medium Anti Flap Kit plus a 6 Pocket bag which can store the Anti Flap Kit together with 2 rafters. The Bag is Australian made from quality Australian Canvas. Note the colour may vary due to supply (most common is grey).

The Anti Flap Kit (AFK) was designed and produced by Aussie Traveller (ATRV) to satisfy specific customer needs including:

• Increasing stabililty and strength to Roll Out Awnings;
• Reducing damaging & annoying flapping in windy conditions;
• Increasing Awning fabric tension which reduces water pooling;
• Adding Walls to Roll Out awnings in a quick and easy manner which results in a wind and water proof seal between the edge of the roof fabric and the wall.

With Australia's harsh climatic conditions, it's no surprise the ATRV AFK has revolutionised the way Caravanners with roll out awnings enjoy the outside areas of their RV. The AFK will also help protect your awning, noting awning damage from windy conditions is the most common RV related insurance claim.

The kit holds the edge of your awnings fabric in place to reduce flapping and provide more stability. They provide a wind and water proof seal between the edge of the roof fabric and walls (where attached). Anti Flap Kits are supplied as a pair and come in 3 sizes (lengths) determined by your awning fabric projection as follows:

The Anti Flap Kit has two inbuilt sail tracks so that awning walls or caravan end privacy sunscreens can be installed quickly and easily, through sliding in the 6mm spline (guide rope).

Anti Flap Kits are easy to install and use. All necessary fitting and usage instructions are included in the kit.

Generally speaking the Short Size suits Carefree Roll Out Awnings on Pop Tops, Medium usually suits Dometic Roll Out Awnings & Large normally suits Carefree Roll Out Awnings on Full Caravans. However, there are exceptions to this so please measure the length of your awning fabric to be sure.
