Evapolar evaLIGHT Personal Air Cooler (Black)

Evapolar's world’s first evaporative personal air cooler, the evaLIGHT has been re-developed and improved leading to the recently released evaLIGHT Plus (EV-1500). The evaLIGHT Plus now features a front adjustable grill, a stylish B&W backlit LED screen that's now bigger and a sleep timer. The water tank has been enlarged from 750 ml to 1000 ml which can allow up to 9 hours of use before re-filling, while the unit is now also quieter, especially at lower fan speeds.

Evapolar's flagship & bestselling evaLIGHT personal air cooler uses new innovative technology (called evaBreeze®) to create arguably the world's most effective portable evaporative air cooling system. Portable and powered simply by a USB connection the system cools, humidifies and cleans dust particles from the air for healthier breathing. It can cool the air by up to 15°C using only 10W, making it significantly more efficient than traditional air conditioning systems. The evaBreeze cooling system has led to many prestigious international awards including the 2019 Red Dot Design Award winner and the 2017 Green Product of the Year by Business Intelligence Group.

The low power use also makes it ideal for camping and caravanning where compressor-style air conditioning systems draw too much power to enable use with batteries.

This portable ultra-compact system is designed for personal use and can effectively cool down a space of 3-4 square meters. As with all evaporative coolers, the system works best in low humidity (the lower, the better & less than 70% to produce a cooling effect).

The product's effect is achieved due to a nanostructure that enables outstanding absorbing capacity, combining both hydrophilic and hydrophobic effects.
