Delivery's should be left in a secure place or to the front door not in plain view where a it can be taken by any person passing by. "

" Installed my Aufocus heater last week, the kit has all the gear you need to to install the diesel heater, the installation instructions and operating instructions are easy to follow . I also watched installation on Utube.. I also rang Aufocus to ask a few questions they where very helpfull great to have this back up. The heater works well. Awesome product "

" I'd give 5 stars but can't because I've had a few issues. Firstly the wall kit arrived a lot earlier than expected, so 5 stars for that! The biggest issue I had was the lack of instructions, the one-pager you get is just not sufficient. Unless you have experience with caravan wall kits in the past you will struggle. However the communication was good and with their help I eventually figured it out. The other issue I have is that the side walls have a gap at the top which makes them look a little too long (rather that than too short!), the measurements I supplied were correct so I have no idea how this has happened but it's not really too much of an issue, it just provides a bit more ventilation and it doesn't let the rain in so it's more of an annoyance than a practical problem as such. All I would say to anyone considering this product is make triple sure your measurements are correct! Overall I'm happy with my purchase, if you consider that it would cost approx double to get a wall k "
