" I'd give 5 stars but can't because I've had a few issues. Firstly the wall kit arrived a lot earlier than expected, so 5 stars for that! The biggest issue I had was the lack of instructions, the one-pager you get is just not sufficient. Unless you have experience with caravan wall kits in the past you will struggle. However the communication was good and with their help I eventually figured it out. The other issue I have is that the side walls have a gap at the top which makes them look a little too long (rather that than too short!), the measurements I supplied were correct so I have no idea how this has happened but it's not really too much of an issue, it just provides a bit more ventilation and it doesn't let the rain in so it's more of an annoyance than a practical problem as such. All I would say to anyone considering this product is make triple sure your measurements are correct! Overall I'm happy with my purchase, if you consider that it would cost approx double to get a wall k "

" I have been getting caravan covers for the last 13 years ,your covers are fairly good for price except for the length of the zippers on side ,why have you not gone to the top of cover ,it's almost impossible to get into caravan when cover is on, the zipper doesn't go higher enough to get in .This is just a constructive view for improvement ,l hope this is taken on board to improve your product "

" Works brilliantly, gets our caravan toasty warm in no time at all. Uses very little diesel and is fairly quiet. The fuel pump could be a lot quieter , which would be perfect. However it’s ok . Remote control so you don’t need to get out of bed or use the app on your phone. I would definitely recommend, if only they could quieten the fuel pump. "

" A lot of people are now buying privacy screens to fit to the offside of their c/vans . It would be very handy to have an eyelet each end of the screen at the start and end of the spline. So a cord/ small rope can be attached to pull it through the sail track. It’s a modification that I will do to the one I purchased from you to help with the fitting. "
